System Analyst

1.ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า (Requirement Analysis) 2.ออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมระบบ (System Design) และฐานข้อมูลเบื้องต้น 3.จัดทำเอกสาร SRS (Software Requirement Specification), ER Diagram, Workflow, Use Case, API Spec 4.ประสานงานกับทีม Developer เพื่อให้เข้าใจ Requirement และ Design 5.ตรวจสอบคุณภาพการพัฒนาระบบ (Review Code/Design, Support Testing) 6.สนับสนุนทีม QA/UAT เพื่อตรวจสอบว่า Software ตรงกับ Requirement 7.วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดจากการพัฒนาระบบ (Issue Analysis & Debugging Support) 8.อัปเดตและปรับปรุงระบบเอกสาร/มาตรฐานการออกแบบอยู่เสมอ

1. SA ต้องสามารถประเมินและออกแบบการนำ AI/GenAI มาใช้ในระบบ เช่น

Generative AI LLM Prompt Engineering RAG Embedding Vector Database AI Agent Tool Calling AI Workflow Model Evaluation Guardrails

รวมถึงการเลือก Model ให้เหมาะกับ

Accuracy Cost Latency Security Data Privacy

1. แปลง BA Requirement → Technical Requirement SA ต้องสามารถนำเอกสารของ BA มาวิเคราะห์ต่อได้ว่า

“Requirement นี้จะสร้างระบบอย่างไร?”

Qualifications: ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 28 - 38 ปี ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขา Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Development, System Analysis, Technical Lead, Solution Design หรือ Software Architecture อย่างน้อย 3 ปี มีความเข้าใจ Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) และ Agile/Scrum มีความเข้าใจด้าน System Architecture, Application Architecture, Database Architecture, API และ System Integration สามารถวิเคราะห์ Business Requirement และแปลงเป็น Technical Solution ที่ทีม Developer สามารถนำไปพัฒนาได้จริง มีความเข้าใจ Technology Stack ที่บริษัทใช้งาน เช่น Node.js, Next.js, Angular, MongoDB, REST API, Git และ GitHub มีความรู้ด้าน Cloud Platform อย่างน้อย 1 Platform เช่น AWS, Azure หรือ GCP มีความรู้และความสนใจด้าน Generative AI, LLM, RAG, Vector Database, AI Agent และ AI API Integration สามารถประเมินความเหมาะสมในการนำ AI มาใช้ใน Solution โดยพิจารณาด้าน Business Value, Technical Feasibility, Security, Performance และ Cost สามารถจัดทำ Architecture Diagram, System Flow, Data Flow, API Specification และ Technical Design Document สามารถทำงานร่วมกับ BA, PM, Developer, QA, UX/UI และลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีภาวะผู้นำทางด้านเทคนิค สามารถเป็น Technical Leader และ Mentor ให้ทีม Developer มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ การวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และการตัดสินใจเชิงเทคนิคที่ดี สามารถ Challenge และให้คำแนะนำเชิงเทคนิคแก่ BA, PM และ Developer ได้อย่างสร้างสรรค์ มีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ Technology ใหม่ และนำ AI Tools มาเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
