-Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental (EHS) policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

-Ensure company operations comply with labor laws, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.

-Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits; identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

-Manage and supervise Safety Officers and EHS staff.

-Plan and deliver safety training, drills, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.

-Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and implement corrective actions.

-Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies regarding EHS matters.

-Monitor safety performance, KPIs, and prepare EHS reports for management.

-Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

-Develop emergency response plans and ensure readiness for emergencies.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Public Health, or a related field, and eligible for registration as a Professional Safety Officer. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in safety operations within a manufacturing/industrial environment Proven experience in team leadership or coordinating with multiple departments Ability to plan, implement, and control safety programs in accordance with company policies Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, manage, and develop team members High safety awareness with a strong commitment to professional ethics Experience with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems (HSE / EHS) Microsoft office, Thai - English - China
