Supply Chain Management - Senior Level up (Planning Engineer)

1. Managing the Master Production Schedule process, which establishes production schedules based on capacity and materials and ensures actual production meets the schedule.

1. Identifying and negotiating with suppliers to ensure adequate and timely sourcing at the optimum to support all objectives.

1. Proactively support and understand commercial requirements, work with commercial team to achieve customer satisfaction & delivery KPIs.

1. Timely & accurately communicate policies, objectives and procedures to staff to gain support and mutual understanding on company strategies and direction.

1. Manages day to day operations with a high degree of professionalism.

1. Identifying common item and special item. And find a tool to help team to work smoothly.

1. Update status closely with production and end customer for ensure On-time delivery

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher : in Statistical field , IE , Economics or related fields Analytical skills , Logical thinking : Data analysts work with large amounts of data, including: facts, figures, and number analysis Good communication skills in English. Proficient in using MS Office. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and passion for developing people and organizations.
