HR Business Partner (Supervisor to Manager) ประจำนครสวรรค์

•Serve as the central contact point for personnel-related matters. •Develop human resource strategies in alignment with business strategies. •Provide consultation and support to employees. •Advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, and personnel costs. •Analyze HR data and propose solutions for improvement. •Conduct disciplinary investigations and prepare warning letters. •Provide guidance on performance management. •Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development or any it’s related fields. At least 4 years direct experience in HRBP or HROD, HRM, HRD Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, compensation practices and federal and state respective employment laws. Ability to quickly establish & align HR function with the business goals, strong business acumen. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, negotiation and leadership skills. Proactive, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Very good English proficiency, with good computer literacy or related HR systems/databases/software (Excel and PowerPoint is a must). Available to work in the upcountry or abroad in sometime. Work Day Mon - Sat 8.00 - 17.00
