Agency Recruiter

• Responsible of full cycle recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking events, etc.).
• Identify potential agency leaders and build long-term talent pipelines.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ suitability (sales capability, network strength, licensing readiness).
• Evaluate candidates based on company recruitment criteria and regulatory requirements.
• Create engaging recruitment content to attract agency candidates.
• Track key KPIs such as number of hires, activation rate, and productivity.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Support insurance agency recruitment activities and campaigns.
• Participate in employer branding projects and events.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of Agency/ Sales Recruitment or Recruitment Marketing. Strong communication and presentation skills. Understanding of recruitment marketing or employer branding. Direct Experience in insurance business will be advantage. Works well under pressure, proactive and detail-oriented. Able and willing to travel frequently upcountry to support recruitment activities.
