Marketing Supervisor / Senior Marketing Supervisor

•Plan and execute Co-Promotion, Co-Branding, and Collaboration campaigns with business partners to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement. •Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, negotiate collaboration agreements, and ensure mutual business success. •Develop and execute promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activations from planning to implementation. •Manage and optimize Delivery Platforms by creating promotional campaigns, sourcing new online media, monitoring performance, and analyzing sales results. •Plan and implement CRM and Membership Programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through marketing campaigns and customer activities. •Manage Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives, including shopping mall media, signage, joint promotions, and coordination with malls and store operations. •Plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability projects that create positive impacts on communities, employees, and the environment. •Lead assigned marketing projects from concept development to execution, ensuring effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. •Prepare marketing reports, campaign performance analysis, and presentation materials for management. •Coordinate internal communications and support quarterly marketing activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications: Female or Male, Thai Nationality Only. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. At least 7-10 years working experiences as in key responsibility Communication: Effectively conveying information through both speaking and writing. Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively with people from different departments or cultural background Creativity and Problem Solving: Analytical thinking to resolve immediate issues using logic. Have the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Service minded, Analytical and Planning Skill. Good command in English Good command in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
