Production Supervisor (Urgent!)
- Control and supervise production processes to ensure continuous operation in line with the production plan, and report daily production results to the supervisor.
- Manage manpower and assign duties appropriately, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Ensure production, operations, and inspections comply with established standards and quality requirements.
- Monitor production waste, analyze root causes, implement corrective actions, and propose waste reduction targets.
- Verify skills and performance of subordinates regularly to maintain operational standards.
- Provide training and guidance on work procedures, quality issues, and safety hazards in the production line.
- Communicate effectively with subordinates, ensuring clear understanding and proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding machine breakdowns and report issues to the supervisor.
- Review and update production documents to ensure accuracy, relevance, and proper approval.
- Plan and control overtime when necessary and ensure all production equipment is ready at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support company policies and activities such as 5S, Safety, Environmental initiatives, and cost-saving programs.
- Take responsibility for monthly stock counting and ensure all assigned company activities are successfully completed.
- Act as a role model with integrity and fairly manage attendance, leave, and overtime without impacting production.
- Enforce company rules and discipline, including issuing verbal or written warnings when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering /Mechanical Engineering or related fields (Candidates with lower education but at least 5 years of direct experience in aluminum die casting) Have experience more than 3–5 years in Aluminum Die Casting Knowledge of Die Casting processes, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership ability, good communication, and team management skills Have experience at least 1 year of supervisory experience
