Fixed Monthly Salary

SGD 3,000–5,000 gross per month + sales commission

1. Key Responsibilities

1. Develop new B2B clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia, including M&E contractors, building consultants, system integrators and HVAC distributors.
2. Promote our actuators, dampers and explosion-proof products, and provide customers with professional quotations and technical solutions.
3. Follow up sales leads, conduct commercial negotiations, close orders and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers.
4. Maintain customer CRM records and submit weekly sales reports, sales forecasts and market feedback.

2. Candidate Requirements

1. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR), proficient in English and able to meet the requirements of customer communication and daily work.
2. At least 1–3 years of B2B industrial product sales experience. Experience in HVAC, building automation, or mechanical and electrical industries is preferred.
3. Results-oriented and proactive, able to work independently and perform under sales target pressure.
4. Basic understanding of industrial products and the ability to quickly learn the technical knowledge of our products.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.
6. Candidates with no prior experience or fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
