About the Role Finkraft.ai is looking for an Operations Specialist who can bring structure, discipline, and visibility to day-to-day business operations. The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring processes, maintaining operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring that assigned activities are completed on time.
What You'll Do Manage operations
- Coordinate daily operational activities
- Track tasks, owners, deadlines, and completion
- Identify operational bottlenecks
- Ensure processes are followed consistently
Maintain operational visibility
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Track operational KPIs
- Maintain dashboards and trackers
- Highlight delays, gaps, and risks
Improve processes
- Identify inefficient processes
- Create and maintain SOPs
- Recommend process improvements
- Work with different teams to implement improvements
What We're Looking For Candidates should be highly organized, comfortable with numbers and data, and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously. Experience working with sales, delivery, customer success, or business operations teams is preferred.
Requirements
- Experience in business/operations roles
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with CRM or operational tools
- Comfortable working with dashboards and KPIs
- Strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently
