Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Product Specialist who is passionate about lifestyle culture, enjoys engaging with people, and has a creative eye for content.
You will be the face of FILTR - introducing customers to our products, supporting events, and ensuring a welcoming, inspiring in-store experience. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with our marketing team on product photography and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations to customers in-store.
- Support store operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and stock handling.
- Assist during brand launches, pop-ups, and community events.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support online order packing and fulfillment when required.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to shoot product images and lifestyle content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with creating engaging content for FILTR's Instagram and TikTok, including appearing in photos or videos when required.
Requirements
- Passion for lifestyle retail, including fashion, outdoor, wellness, music, or design.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred but not required.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate well.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, event-driven environment.
- A creative eye for product photography and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable being photographed or appearing in social media content.
- Experience shooting and editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels or TikTok is a plus.
- Must be able to commit to at least 1 weekday and 1 weekend shift per week.
- Minimum 2–3 days per week overall.

Compensation
Hourly rate: SGD $10–$12/hour (depending on experience). Employment type: Part-time. Location: On-site at 57 Joo Chiat Place and/or Orchard Plaza, Singapore.
