Job Description:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and build genuine connections with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the working area.
• Ensure consistency in coffee quality and product presentation.
• Support daily operational needs and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about coffee and customer service.
• Minimum 3-6 months of experience in the F&B industry (experience as Barista is a plus).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and eager to learn.
