Talent Acquisition Manager

Fast Bank CJSC has an open position for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Creating job descriptions and announcements,

Recruiting candidates using databases, social networks, professional websites and platforms;

Coordinating, organizing and conducting interviews and testing schedules,

Participation in recruitment strategy planning and software implementation,

Organization of employee onboarding and off-boarding processes,

Engagement and participation in HR marketing events,

Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Staff.am, etc,

Taking part in organizing company's participation in career fairs and related events,

Evaluating candidates for final hiring decisions and designing competitive job offers in collaboration with hiring managers,

Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of talent acquisition improvement.

4+ years of experience of working in a HR/Recruitment position

Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to find and optimize software solutions

Ability to work in a team

High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment

Banking industry knowledge is an advantage

Proficiency in Armenian and English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
