Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-driven, and results-oriented Digital Telesales Interns to support our online sales and customer engagement activities. The interns will use phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other digital platforms to connect with potential and existing clients, generate leads, and promote the organization's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers

through phone calls and digital channels.

• Make international sales calls to

prospective and existing clients.

• Promote the organization's products,

services, and campaigns.

• Generate and qualify sales leads.

• Respond to customer inquiries through

WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms.

• Follow up with prospective clients and

maintain strong customer relationships.

• Update customer records and prepare basic

sales reports.

• Support digital marketing campaigns and

online customer engagement.

• Work towards achieving agreed daily and

monthly performance targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree student,

or a recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, ICT, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal

skills.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion

skills.

• Familiarity with social media and digital

communication tools.

• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

• Self-motivated, creative, and eager to

learn.

• Previous experience in sales or digital

marketing is an added advantage.

• Applicants with their own laptop will have

an added advantage and will be given priority consideration during the selection process.
