Quality Assurance & Testing Officer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and review detailed test cases based on requirements, ensuring coverage and proper documentation.

Execute tests, log defects, track resolutions, and produce status reports, escalating critical issues.

Support UAT by preparing environments, guiding testers, managing defects, and compiling sign-off reports.

Conduct regression testing, participate in release assessments, and assist automation efforts.

Maintain testing documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; ISTQB certification preferred.

2-3 years in software testing, with experience in test case development, defect management, and banking environment exposure.

Additional certifications like ITIL are advantageous.
