Key Responsibilities
Support enterprise applications, monitor performance, troubleshoot network and system issues, and document infrastructure.
Assist with system rollouts, setup of new branches, and routine user support.
Manage network security, firewalls, VPNs, and respond to security risks and audit findings.
Provide user training on network configurations and VOIP.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s in IT or related field, CCNA, security certifications.
1-2 years in network infrastructure, with knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and IP telephony.
