Roles & responsibilities

We are hiring a night toolpusher to oversee night shift drilling operations, ensure crew safety, and maintain efficient rig performance during offshore/onshore drilling activities. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in drilling operations management.

Supervise all night shift rig floor activities and crew performance

Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

Monitor drilling progress and equipment functionality

Coordinate with day shift supervisors for smooth handovers

Troubleshoot operational issues and reduce downtime

Maintain accurate shift reports and operational records
