We are looking for a competent CNC SERVICE TECHNICIAN to service computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery in the oil and gas, aerospace, semiconductor, process industries safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions. Your job is important since some machines are not easy to shape or handle manually or with conventional equipment. CNC service technicians are highly skilled professionals, able to work with great concentration and precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential.

Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as CNC technician Skilled in servicing CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc. Understand function of the machine and mechanical drawings etc. Dismantling and assembling of CNC machines. Inspection of parts in the machines Designing the machine elements. Reconditioning of CNC machines. Troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machines. Ability to read mechanical and electrical documents and drawings Computer savvy with basic understanding of Autocad and PLC programming. Mechanical aptitude and good math skills A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach Good communication abilities High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline Successful completion of apprenticeship is an advantage. Salary, allowances will commensurate with experience between $2500 to $3600 Based in Singapore but may be required to travel if necessary.
