Managing Director

Responsibilities:

Provide overall strategic direction and leadership to achieve performance, revenue, and growth targets. Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure that all operations, filings, and governance practices comply with statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintain regular communication with the Board of Directors, providing strategic updates, financial reports, and key operational developments. Provide direct operational and strategic oversight of the company while ensuring full alignment with the company’s goals and governance. Identify and mitigate key risks facing the company.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or any other numerate discipline. A higher degree or professional certification (ACCA, ACA, etc.) may be an added advantage.  Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in an Asset Management Company in managerial and Leadership roles. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
