Responsibilities:

Massage Services:

Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Reflexology, and Sports massage Do body scrubs, spa packages, and couple massages as required Consult clients to understand pain points, preferences, and health history Customize pressure and techniques for each client

Customer Experience:

Welcome clients, explain treatments, and ensure comfort Maintain a clean, serene, and scented treatment room Recommend aftercare and retail products like oils, balms Take bookings and manage client records with confidentiality

Hygiene & Safety:

Sanitize tables, towels, and tools after each client Follow all health, safety, and professional ethics guidelines Report any client concerns or contraindications to management

Sales & Operations:

Upsell spa packages, memberships, and products Track inventory: oils, lotions, towels, and report low stock Meet daily/weekly service and revenue targets Take before/after photos for spa social media with permission

Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years in a spa, wellness center, or hotel. A minimum of a degree in a field
