Waiter (Breakfast & Lunch Shift)

Position: Waiter (Breakfast & Lunch Shift) Work Schedule: Morning / Day Shift (punctual morning attendance is mandatory)

✅ Breakfast/Lunch Preparation Set up the restaurant/buffet area and ensure it is fully prepared before guests arrive.

✅ Guest Service Welcome guests with a smile and courtesy, take orders, and serve breakfast and lunch in accordance with service standards.

✅ Table Service and Cleanliness Maintain table cleanliness, promptly clear used dishes, and reset tables for incoming guests.

✅ Coordination with the Kitchen and Bar Maintain fast and seamless communication with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly and on time.

✅ Compliance with Standards Maintain personal hygiene, comply with appearance and dress-code standards, and ensure the required level of service quality.

✅ Previous experience in the hospitality/service industry (experience with hotel breakfasts or in a restaurant environment is an advantage). ✅ Conversational knowledge of foreign languages (Russian and English) for comfortable communication with guests. ✅ High level of responsibility, punctuality, and energy during morning hours. ✅ Clear and pleasant speech and excellent communication skills. ✅ Ability to work in a team and remain calm under pressure.
