Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to business clients via phone and email.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Assist customers with onboarding and process-related queries.
• Monitor and follow up on customer requests and transactions.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and support continuous process improvements.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Client Services, or a similar role.

Profile

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel and Outlook .
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills.
• German: Native/Fluent (C2)
• English: Advanced (C1)
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services (preferred but not mandatory)
