Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time / Freelance)

Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Content Creator

Evolved Elegance is looking for a committed, proactive and creative Social Media Content Creator to support our social media growth across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating short-form content, has a good eye for social media trends and is comfortable working in a real renovation environment. You will work closely with the founder and occasionally follow him to renovation sites to capture real project progress, design details, before-and-after transformations and behind-the-scenes content.

Responsibilities

• Attend selected renovation site visits approximately 1 to 2 times per week, depending on project schedule
• Capture short-form videos, photos, site progress and behind-the-scenes content
• Identify interesting content opportunities during site visits without waiting for instructions
• Suggest content ideas, topics, hooks and video concepts
• Film renovation explanations, design discussions and site-related content
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook
• Prepare basic captions and post descriptions
• Repurpose suitable content across different social media platforms
• Organise project photos and video content
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on what performs well

Requirements

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content
• Comfortable filming using a smartphone
• Familiar with CapCut or similar video-editing software
• Good understanding of social media trends and engaging content
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable communicating ideas and giving suggestions
• Willing to travel to different renovation sites within Singapore
• Responsible, punctual and able to meet agreed schedules and deadlines

Previous experience in social media, content creation, video editing, marketing or media is an advantage, but not compulsory.

Proactiveness We are looking for someone who does not wait to be told what to film or what to post. You should be able to observe what is happening on site, identify interesting content and suggest ideas independently. For example, instead of waiting for instructions, we want someone who can say: “Eric, this would make a good Reel. Can you explain this part on camera?”

Working Arrangement

• Part-time
• Hybrid arrangement
• Approximately 1 to 2 site visits per week
• Editing and content planning can be done remotely
• Initial commitment of approximately 3 months
• Longer-term arrangement possible if both parties work well together
