Accounting and Tax Manager

Qualifications – Accounting & Tax Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, including significant experience in a managerial position.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently in English for daily communication, meetings, presentations, coordination, and business correspondence.
• Must have solid experience handling both internal and external auditors, including preparing audit documents, communicating with auditors, responding to audit queries, and following up on audit findings.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation, including Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), e-Faktur, e-Bupot, tax reporting, and other applicable tax regulations.
• Proven experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Experienced in Accounting and Tax reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial and tax reports.
• Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Able to review and control Accounting & Tax transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper financial control.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and supervising an Accounting & Tax team.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Must hold Brevet A & B certification; Brevet C or other relevant tax certifications are an advantage.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, responsibility, and ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
• Available to join immediately.
