- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable electronics and accessories.
- Explain product features, specifications, prices, warranties, promotions, and provide basic product demonstrations.
- Conduct product and competitor price/feature comparisons to support customers’ purchasing decisions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on new products, services, technologies, and market trends.
- Maintain product availability, fully stocked and properly displayed racks, and functional demo units.
- Monitor competitors’ prices, products, and promotional offers.
- Provide customer and market feedback to the Store Manager.
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak times.
- Ensure the Office Assistant follows proper processes and maintains accuracy.
- Handle customer cash collections and ensure daily bank deposit reports are sent to the Finance Department.
- Graduate from a reputable University.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience
- Maximum Adge 32 years
- Previous experience in electronics retail, consumer electronics, or technology sales is preferred.
