Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead the overall planning, execution, coordination, and completion of construction projects Review architectural, structural, and engineering designs and develop detailed project execution plans and schedules. Supervise site activities, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress against approved

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, building engineering, or a related field. 8–15 years of experience in construction project management Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is required/preferred. Registration with relevant Nigerian professional bodies such as COREN and/or Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). Proficiency in some project management tools
