What You Will Do:
- Oversee curriculum delivery and maintain consistent teaching standards across all programs
- Monitor student progress and academic outcomes, ensuring a strong end-to-end student experience
- Lead clear cross-team communication (academics, sales, service) to maintain alignment and operational excellence
- Coordinate timetables, activities, and events to meet KPI targets (utility, capacity, group size)
- Train, observe, coach, and develop teachers to uphold standards and ensure continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree + 120-hour TEFL certification / TESOL Certification
- Strong communication, coordination & people-development skills
- Experience teaching young learners and managing academic processes
- Motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
