Resident Engineer

• Perform the duties of the Resident Engineer on site.
• Act as primary point of contact for the construction supervision of the project between the contractor, client and consultant team
• Project progress reporting
• Quality control and design modifications
• Establish an appropriate working relationship with the contractor
• Build a trusted relationship with the client and consultant team
• Use effective project management and control systems to regularly report on progress to the Client
• Monitor progress of construction against the programme and take steps to avoid delay.
• Evaluate, select and adapt construction management and control techniques, procedures and criteria to suit job tasks and devices and implement solutions to problems encountered.
• Attend site meetings, progress meetings, design/technical meetings and meetings with statutory bodies as required.

Job Requirements: Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a university accredited by PE Board Singapore Experience in full-time site supervision The RE shall have minimum 5 years of relevant site experience
