- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration or related field with HR professional certificate.
Experience
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Experience supporting business growth, organizational expansion, or startup/ramp-up environments (preferred).
- Strong experience in Vietnam labor law system and employee relations.
- Multi-national and matrix organization experience.
