Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Dubai/UAE real estate sales experience

Strong off-plan sales experience with leading Dubai developers

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value transactions

Experience handling fresh, qualified leads and converting them into sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Valid UAE driving license

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
