MARKETING SPECIALIST

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and maintain inventory of marketing materials across Cainta, Cebu, and Davao locations. Prepare and distribute marketing materials to support store promotions and campaigns. Process and track requests for marketing materials from stores and internal departments. Conduct regular store audits to check marketing visibility, including price tags, tent cards, cash discount displays, wobblers, and other promotional materials. Perform store audits to ensure compliance with marketing standards, branding, and promotional guidelines. Review and verify daily RSM visibility reports for accuracy and completeness. Double-check marketing requests, reports, and inventory records to ensure accuracy. Monitor campaign activities and ensure marketing materials are properly deployed and maintained. Review and coordinate budget requests related to marketing activities and materials for approval. Encode and maintain accurate records of marketing-related transactions, requests, and inventory. Coordinate with branch personnel and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of marketing materials. Prepare audit findings and recommend corrective actions to improve marketing execution and store compliance. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or a related position. Experience in marketing materials, store audits, inventory monitoring, and campaign execution is an advantage. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Detail-oriented and highly accurate in handling reports and records. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Can work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Willing to coordinate with different branches and conduct store visits when required. Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
