Credit Officer

Responsibilities:

Evaluate walk-in loan applicants and process loan applications and disbursements. Manage borrower accounts and conduct repayment follow-ups. Maintain professional and effective communication with clients to encourage timely repayments. Follow up on outstanding loan repayments and support collection activities remotely from the office. Maintain accurate daily records of loan applications, approvals, disbursements, and repayments. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of an OND 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
