Retail & Operations Executive (Full-time)

About the role ELVO Model Cars & Toys is growing fast, and we are looking for someone responsible , meticulous and driven to handle day-to-day operations. This involves getting every order packed, handling store operations and sometimes even creating content for our social media. You'll learn the role hands-on from our current operations lead before taking it over fully in early 2027. It's a dynamic , fast-paced role that touches many parts of the business, so we're looking for someone with a positive attitude who's eager to learn and great with customers. About Us ELVO Model Cars & Toys is a Singapore retailer of scale model cars and toys, from everyday collectibles to limited-edition releases across all major brands. We also have some other toys and merchandise. We sell from our retail store, website, online marketplaces, and a busy regular community of collectors. We're a small team with a big goal: to be the go-to name for model cars. What you'll do Order fulfilment: picking, packing and dispatching online and pre-order orders accurately and on time Handle parcels to drop-offs to couriers and collection points Invoice customers when pre-order stock arrives, and follow up on unpaid orders Check in new stock against supplier shipments and keep inventory counts accurate Keep the store organised, displays fresh and stock easy to find Man the store and look after walk-in customers Answer order questions by WhatsApp and online chat Help run the occasional live sale, prepare parcels for content creators, and pick up new responsibilities across the business as we grow What we're looking for Required: Comfortable using spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business and basic online admin tools Able to work on-site at our store full-time including Saturday Able to take and follow instructions Team player Preferred: Experience with an e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee or Lazada Experience serving customers face to face, e.g. retail sales, F&B or front-of-house An interest in cars, diecast models or collectibles Driving license What you'll get Staff discount, commission (live sale), annual leave days Hands-on training from our current operations lead A real say in how a growing brand runs Working hours and location: 5 and a half days, at our store in Marymount.
