We're evolving our studio in the turbulent yet exciting times in the creative space. We’re looking for someone with experience and curiosity to bring to the table. You'll be working closely with our small team, so your mindset is as important as your craft. Here's what we actually screen for before anything else: Communication: The way you communicate has to be respectful, honest and prompt. Motion design is a way for brands to communicate. You need to understand the intent, strategy and the brand behind a creative brief. You then give solutions by offering your taste, visual and motion sense. If  you're only executing and pixel pushing without understanding, you’re not a good fit. We need people who understand why we do what we’re doing. Show up when the deadline is real. We don't expect round-the-clock hours. We expect that when a client's waiting, you're in it with us. Tool fluency with judgment . AI, CGI, video, illustration: know your tools well enough to pick the right one, delegate to it, and serve the idea, not the other way around. Ownership . We're small by design: nobody's waiting around for instructions on every step. Every project is a chance to take a risk and get better.

If the above sounds like you, these are the day to day tasks you do in details: Key Responsibilities Finding the best way to design, animate motion graphics for brand campaigns and commercial projects with available tech to support your vision Develop visual concepts and translate storyboards into motion sequences Work across 2D, AI and 3D workflows depending on project requirements Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and producers to deliver high-quality work Explore new tools, workflows, and techniques to create system, improve efficiency and creative output Contribute ideas during concept development and creative discussions

Requirements 3–5 years of experience in motion design, preferably within a creative studio or agency environment Experience working on commercial projects or global brand campaigns in the Asia Pacific region Strong understanding of motion design fundamentals including timing, composition, typography, and storytelling Proficiency in Cinema4D (Redshift) and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) Ability to work across different motion styles depending on project needs Creative leadership and accountability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with minimum supervision

Preferred Skills (Bonus) Familiarity with Unreal Engine or real-time workflows Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools Experience working on large-format screens, OOH content, or immersive media Please submit: min. 2 relevant, best work for regional brands with a short note where you found a smarter workflow or shortcut that improved the final quality Or send your portfolio with a short note on what you’ve been working on, why we could be the right fit. The role will be on a contract basis for the first 2 months and will be assessed further after completion of one project with you

If this sounds like how you want to work, let's talk.
