Property Manager

Responsibilities

Support the ongoing renovation and restructuring of the estate, and manage all repairs and maintenance Collect rent, service charge and other fees from tenants and individual owners, and pursue arrears to recovery Prepare and administer service charge budgets, reconciliations and tenant statements Administer property expenses, including statutory charges, insurance premiums, site payroll and maintenance costs Manage advertising and letting to keep the property fully occupied, and onboard, document and retain tenants Conduct routine inspections and maintain oversight of site income, staff performance and resident complaints Recruit, train and manage site staff, and report monthly on occupancy, collections and expenditure Ensure compliance with Lagos State tenancy law, lease terms and insurance renewals

Requirements:

ESVARBON registration or NIESV membership is an advantage. Minimum of 5 years in property management, with demonstrable managerial responsibility and a proven record on rent collection and arrears recovery.
