Trainer – Compliance

About the Role Al Abd is looking for a dedicated Trainer to join our Training & Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training content related to Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Food Safety, while coordinating logistics and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective training delivery. Key Responsibilities Apply and ensure compliance with training policies and procedures

Deliver training sessions in a clear, engaging, and professional manner (verbal & written)

Design and develop training content and materials

Coordinate training logistics (dates, venues, materials, attendance tracking)

Liaise with external training providers to obtain quotes and specifications

Prepare and maintain training models/templates (attendance sheets, evaluation forms, training contracts, etc.)

Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI against organizational goals

Conduct training sessions for factory workers and staff across branches as needed

2–4 years of experience in the FMCG industry

Strong background in Quality & Food Safety

Experience in Occupational Health & Safety

FSSC 22000 certification is required

Relevant Bachelor's degree

TOT (Train the Trainer) certificate is a plus

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Willingness to move between Al Abd branches and factories (Abu Rawash & Shrabia)
