Student Care (Education Consultant) for Tangerang

About the role: As our Student Care (Education Consultant), you will play a crucial role in providing support and managing our Center’s general day-to-day sales and operations activities. You will engage with students and parents, addressing inquiries, providing guidance on our programs, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google workspace
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong customer facing capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang area.
