Senior Project Manager – Finance Transformation & SAP

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects across the finance portfolio, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate decision-making and drive alignment across finance leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Manage end-to-end cutover planning, deployment coordination, and go-live governance for large-scale initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while managing formal change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with established PMO standards, stage gate requirements, and delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• You have 8+ years of project management experience delivering complex business and IT projects.
• You bring a proven track record in leading finance-related projects and transformation initiatives.
• You possess a solid understanding of finance processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, and Treasury Management.
• You have extensive experience working within SAP environments, specifically SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• You bring demonstrated expertise in vendor management and the coordination of system integrators.
• You possess proven experience managing deployment, cutover, and go-live activities for large-scale transformations.
• You're recognized for excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You are fluent in English.
