A leading organization in the retail sector is undergoing a large-scale transformation of its reporting landscape, moving from legacy BI tools toward a modern data warehouse and Power BI ecosystem.
The role focuses on analysing and rationalizing existing reports while supporting the design of future-state reporting aligned with business and data strategy.
Profile
- Analyze and document existing reporting landscape and usage
- Evaluate and rationalize reports based on business relevance and usage
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate reporting needs
- Gather requirements and support design of future Power BI reports
- Collaborate with data and technical teams on:
o Data lineage
o Data models
o Reporting structures
- Support planning, estimation, and documentation activities
- Ensure alignment with governance and metadata standards
Required Skills & Expertise
Must Have
- Strong experience as Business Analyst in retail environment
- Experience with data warehouse and BI/reporting ecosystems
- Exposure to report rationalization or BI transformation programs
- Understanding of data, KPIs, and reporting logic
- Experience working with business stakeholders and workshops
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP BO and Power BI
- Exposure to metadata and data governance tools
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts
