Must Have

• Proven experience developing web APIs – minimum 5 years, Senior level
• Proven experience developing .NET-based applications – minimum 5 years, Senior level
• Proven experience with .NET Core 3.1 or newer – minimum 5 years, Senior level
• Proven experience with ASP.NET Core REST API – minimum 5 years, Senior level
• Proven experience with C# – minimum 5 years, Senior level
• Proven experience with Entity Framework Core – minimum 5 years, Senior level
• Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server – minimum 5 years, Senior level
• Proven experience with React
• Certification or equivalent experience in programming languages and environments such as .NET, C#, and ASP.NET
• Higher education, Bachelor or Master, with technical, engineering, business-economic background or equivalent through experience
• Dutch language proficiency – CEFR C2

Should Have

• Experience leading a development team and coaching developers
• Experience preparing technical analyses – minimum 5 years, Senior level
• Strong ability to execute programming tasks including coding, testing, and debugging
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with SPA frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Solid, or Svelte – minimum 5 years, Senior level
• Expertise in code versioning, such as Git, testing tools, code profiling tools, and issue management tools such as Azure DevOps
• Ability to operate independently as a developer in smaller development assignments, either alone or within a limited team
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design and UML

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Blob Storage
• Experience with Azure Service Bus
• Experience with budgeting applications
• Experience working for government organizations
