Junior IT Support - Business Services - Brussels

Are you passionate about technology and eager to kick-start your career in IT support? We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic international environment in the heart of Brussels.

As part of the IT team, you will be the first point of contact for end users and help ensure a smooth and efficient IT experience across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-line IT support to employees.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Managing incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Preparing and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Escalating complex issues when necessary and following up to resolution.
• Delivering excellent customer service to users at all levels of the business.

Profile

• A degree in IT or a first experience/internship in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent French and a good level of English. Dutch is a plus.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-service mindset.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Great level of English (fluent speaker)
