Maintenance Automation Mechanic

1. Inspect, monitor, and repair automation equipment in the Shoe production line such as Injection Machines, Roughing Robots, Laser Systems, and Conveyor Systems to ensure smooth operation at all times.
2. Troubleshoot and analyse electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues to restore production processes within ECCO standards in a timely manner.
3. Check and update PLC Programs, Injection Programs, and Robot Data regularly to ensure the latest versions are used and backups are properly maintained.
4. Plan and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on all automation machines in the Shoe Line according to the monthly schedule.
5. Monitor spare part inventory and request procurement for PLC, Robot, Laser, and Conveyor components not available in stock.
6. Support machine improvement and productivity enhancement projects such as downtime reduction, cycle time optimization, and energy saving initiatives.
7. Ensure stable operation and communication of all automation systems including Roundtable, Jokan Conveyor, Robot Interfaces, and network connections.
8. Train and guide junior technicians in basic PLC, robot, and automation troubleshooting to enhance team capability.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering 3 years’s work in factory maintenance Computer program, PLC Omron and Automation factoty Microsoft Office, Drawing and electric Diagram skills ( Electric ) PLC Omron and Robots ABB Good problem solving skill. Able to work in shifts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
