Senior Project Manager (PUB / LTA)

Job Scope Project Planning & Execution Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning to completion. Develop project schedules, method statements and resource plans. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required. Site & Construction Management Supervise site operations and coordinate with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors. Oversee structural, drainage, sewerage, utility and other civil works. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings and requirements. Contract & Stakeholder Management Manage project budgets, variation claims, subcontractor claims and progress payments. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities. Attend site and progress meetings and resolve technical or operational issues. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, quality standards and statutory requirements. Maintain proper project documentation, reports and records.

Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
