Inside Sales Officer (5 days / Logistics / Freight Forwarding)

Basic $3200 - $4000 + Variable Bonus Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: Marymount (walking distance from MRT) Working day: Monday to Friday Working hours: 8.45am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to sales enquires, generating and presenting quotations.
• Communicates clearly and efficiently, externally as well as internally.
• Develop and introduce sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing long-term relationships with customer.
• Following up on cold calls to potential prospects to increase your sales and achieve your goals.
• Prepare month-end sales reports.

Job Requirements:

Preferably minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with at least 1-2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
