Senior/Executive, HR (Operations)

We are looking for a motivated and analytical HR professional to join our team as a Senior/Executive, HR (Operations). You will support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations while contributing to HR reporting, data analytics, process improvements and digitalisation initiatives. 1 year contract Key Responsibilities Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations, employee-related matters and administrative activities.

Assist with HR processes and ensure timely and accurate maintenance of HR records and documentation.

Prepare, consolidate and enhance HR reports, dashboards and workforce data analysis.

Analyse large datasets to identify HR trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data and reporting.

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, digital solutions and process optimisation.

Support the implementation of HR projects, transformation initiatives and system enhancements.

Work with internal stakeholders to improve HR workflows, reporting processes and operational efficiency.

Support ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Analytics, Economics, Informatics or a related discipline.

2–4 years of relevant HR experience will be advantageous.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.

Experience with Power Automate and data visualisation tools will be an advantage.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
