SETTING THE STAGE

Sports betting content is exploding, but the experience around it is fragmented. Talented sports handicappers (“cappers”) are building large audiences, while bettors are searching for people they trust and an edge. Today, that happens across social media, messaging apps, sportsbooks, and other tools. DubClub brings it together in one place; helping cappers build their businesses and bettors discover, follow, and act on the people they trust..

OUR VISION AND OUR MISSION:

DubClub is building the destination where cappers and fans Win More Together.

  • For fans: DubClub is creating unified and highly valuable experience for fans that love tailing cappers. Get the best advice, in the smoothest fashion, and enjoy rewards that keep you engaged.
  • For cappers: DubClub is a business-building engine that helps you turn your passion into a profitable business. Cappers are the stars of the game, and enjoy a best-in-class operating system, automated marketing, and purpose-built discovery that grows their business on auto-pilot.
  • For DubClub: It’s the ecosystem and unified "Win More Together" experience that cappers and fans have been waiting for. It's the value-add layer that brings richness to the experience of betting, tailing, and discovering new cappers.

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Content & Partnerships Producer to own DubClub's social content and bring our commercial partnerships to life through content and experiences our audience wants to engage with.

Content creation is the core of this role. You'll come up with ideas, make the videos, publish the posts, and build recurring series people look forward to. You'll work with our cappers, react to what's happening in sports, and find ways to show people why DubClub is worth checking out!

Working closely with our commercial team and cappers, you'll contribute creative ideas as partnerships take shape and own their execution. You'll take work from an initial concept through production, publishing, and follow-through, connecting strong creative work to measurable business results.

Location and Engagement

Chicago or remote within the United States. This is a contract-to-hire role starting at approximately 30 hours per week. Our goal is to convert a strong performer into a full-time employee with expanded ownership and compensation.

What You’ll Do

  • Make DubClub's social accounts worth following. Own the content calendar and personally create, edit, and publish content.
  • Build recurring series and test new formats. Bring your own ideas, try them, and figure out what earns people's attention and gets them checking out DubClub.
  • Turn sports moments, capper insights, and DubClub's own data into content our audience wants to watch and share.
  • Work directly with cappers and creators to get great content made. Help shape the idea, get what you need, and keep things moving.
  • Collaborate with the B2B partnerships team on sponsored content and partner promotions. Help figure out what will work for our audience and what we can realistically deliver, then make it happen.
  • Book guests for DubClub's video programming (DCTV), coordinate affiliate promotions and giveaways, and get partner and subscriber messages out on time.
  • Stay on top of deadlines and follow-ups. Keep track of what's promised, who owes what, and what needs to happen next. Flag problems early and help solve them.
  • Know what's working. Track content performance, completed activations, and associated revenue where measurable. Get reporting and invoicing inputs to the team on time.

What We’re Looking For

  • You love sports and understand betting culture. You know what bettors are talking about and how to turn those conversations into content that makes sense for DubClub.
  • You can make the content yourself. Show us short-form videos and social posts you personally created, and tell us what you did and how they performed.
  • You have strong creative instincts. You know what makes a good hook, how to hold someone's attention, and how to make a sponsor feel like a natural part of the content.
  • You bring ideas and follow through. You're comfortable starting with an idea, figuring out what you need, and getting it published.
  • You're organized and responsive. You can juggle a content calendar, creator schedules, and partner commitments, and you're comfortable following up to get things across the finish line.
  • You work well with people and care about results. You can take feedback, adapt when plans change, and use what you learn to make the next piece of content or activation better.
  • Experience in sports media, sports betting, creator businesses, consumer startups, or agencies is helpful. Sponsored content, affiliate promotions, or partner activation experience is a plus.
