The school opened in 2017. It offers an inclusive, exciting and outstanding education to an international community of students from FS1 to Year 13.
The campus is state-of-the-art with separate buildings for each phase as well as a 380 seat auditorium. There are three temperature controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer labs, specialist rooms for art, DT, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full size football pitch, a variety of outdoor play areas and a spacious canteen. Our sprawling 292,000 sqft campus boasts 3 buildings dedicated for each phase, and we are thrilled to announce the recent opening of our brand new secondary building in August 2025, marking our most ambitious project yet.
Dubai Heights Academy provides a curriculum that meets the needs of all of our students and follows the National Curriculum for England as the basis of its curriculum. This has been tailored to comply with local requirements and supplemented with Arabic language, Islamic Studies, Moral Education and Social Studies. In addition, Dubai Heights Academy has partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to develop and deliver a bespoke AI (artificial intelligence) project-based programme for secondary and an early language programme using social robots for Primary, to further enrich our broad and balanced curriculum.

Job overview
Dubai Heights Academy is seeking a friendly, proactive and highly organised Senior Front Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors and stakeholders, providing a warm and professional welcome while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school’s front office.
Key responsibilities
Welcome and assist parents, students, visitors and other stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries, ensuring queries are resolved or directed to the appropriate team member.
Manage reception cover at all times utilising the reception team.
Support effective communication between school leadership, staff, parents and students.
Assist with prospective family enquiries, school tours and admissions-related activities.
Monitor daily student attendance and lateness, following up with parents and maintaining accurate records.
Provide administrative support to school leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence and maintaining confidential information.
Support school events, activities, ECA registrations and holiday camp arrangements.
Maintain school records and update relevant systems, calendars and databases.
Support fire safety procedures and act as a Fire Warden when required.
Manage lost property and assist with general front-office operations.
Complete performance management for the Reception Team and provide administrative supervision and oversight of the receptionists’ daily tasks.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and undertake other reasonable duties as required by the Principal.
The successful candidate
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative or school-based role.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
The ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and school information systems such as ISAMS.
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
A high school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration qualifications are advantageous.
