Manages commercialrelationship with key and important accounts of DSV and ensure business growthand profitability of the assigned accounts Develop and maintainaccount plans, propose account objectives, and ensure assigned accounts aremanaged and developed in line with corporate and regional strategies. Conduct monthly,quarterly, and annual business review meetings with customers and internalstakeholders, ensuring preparation, minutes, corrective actions, and follow-upare completed in a timely manner. Analyze accountperformance, identify business opportunities and potential risks, and provideappropriate recommendations to management. Coordinate smoothimplementation of new business, handover of standard operating procedures tooperations, and ongoing monitoring of operational compliance. Escalate customerconcerns, service issues, and complaints promptly to relevant stakeholdersacross products, operations, and regions, and follow up on agreed correctiveactions. Create, update, and trackopportunities through CRM, ensuring country RFQ opportunities follow the tendermanagement process and are aligned with product, regional, and global teamswhere applicable. Prepare and share RFI andRFQ post-bid analysis, ensuring lessons learned and corrective actions areidentified and agreed with stakeholders. Maintain closecollaboration with operations teams to support performance excellence, qualityimprovement programs, and adherence to customer-specific requirements. Maintain accurate andtimely data in sales systems, including Microsoft Dynamics, and monitor the useof customer applications where applicable. Support Finance inachieving desired DSO targets by following up on account-related matters whenrequired. Any other job-relatedtasks assigned by the superior Perform assigned tasks tosupport DSV to meet its objectives and targets regarding quality, health,safety and environment as documented and follow all requirements as set out inthe QHSE policy. Requirement          Degree or Diploma inBusiness Management, Logistics / Transportation or equivalent 3 years of experience inthe supply chain industry
