*Job Title: Accounting Technician*

*Location:* Montreal / Laval, QC (On-site) *Salary:* $60,000/year

*About Us*

D&R Services and Only Fresh Food are growing businesses in manpower services and food importing/distribution. We're looking for an experienced Accounting Technician to manage the day-to-day finances across both companies.

*About the Role*

You'll be responsible for the full accounting cycle for two active businesses ? keeping the books accurate, organized, and up to date. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a stable role with room to grow as the companies expand.

*Responsibilities*

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for both businesses
• Handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
• Process payroll and ensure remittances are filed on time
• Track invoices, expenses, and budgets across both companies
• Prepare documents for tax filings and work with external accountants as needed
• Maintain organized financial records and support audits when required

*Qualifications*

• Experience as an accounting technician, bookkeeper, or in a similar role
• Comfortable managing the finances of more than one business at a time
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in English and/or French
• DEC or certificate in Accounting/Finance is an asset
