Production/Baking Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist the baker with measuring, mixing, preparing, and baking products. Prepare ingredients and ensure they are available when needed. Assist with packaging and proper storage of finished products. Keep the production area, equipment, and work surfaces clean and sanitized. Follow recipes, production procedures, and food-safety standards. Assist with loading, arranging, and moving baking supplies and products. Monitor ingredients and notify the supervisor when supplies are running low. Support the team with other bakery production duties as required.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of baking and food preparation is preferred. Must be hardworking, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good hygiene and attention to cleanliness are essential. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. A male is most preferred only for this position

Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN  80,000 monthly
