HR Partnership Development Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Identify HR/Recruitment firms across Nigeria with qualifying candidate Business development, partnership, or B2B relationship-building experience Confident, persuasive, and honest communicator, comfortable explaining a commission-based opportunity without overselling it Organised and self-driven; consistent with follow-up Comfortable pursuing a new, unproven opportunity with no existing case studies Basic digital literacy (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheet/CRM tracking) Familiarity with Nigeria's HR/recruitment/staffing sector is an advantage.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
